My Actifit Report Card: February 14 2019

✔️ A total of 1 hour jog on the treadmill

✔️ 15-minute Calves workout

✔️ A total of 30 minutes tricep work

✔️ Stretching

✔️ Walking around the gym and at my place

✔️ House chores: cooking, clean counters and wash dishes

It's been raining all day so I stayed at the gym to do all my workout. Then I went in the sauna after. I was able to take a lot of naps today since the weather makes me want to stay in bed, good thing I went to the gym first thing in the morning.

Guess what am doing on Valentine's Day?
