17 days without using the app, i must confess i rarely do exercise but today my friend invited me for a big walk and i turned it on just to see how much steps i did. It was a 7000 but then i did some more just to achieve 10 000 when i got home.

This is for anyone! Thats the whole point, open to everyone who chooses to use it :) Actifit is also for rewarding activity, and you can see in activity types that things such as "shopping" and "walking around the office" are things the app is for, so no need to feel that you must be dressed in running clothes and take it all seriously.. Take nothing in life seriously anyway! :P
