Super super set:

Squat/pullups(or chin ups)/bench press/lat pulldown/repeat

Do 4 sets of this and your heart will be itching to jump out of your chest ... if you can include core too it’ll be perfect

Yeah, I hit the bounce ball in my room and always workin’ that core lol... I use to do all that stuff but after 40, you gotta be carful... I might snap my shoulders and back 😂😂😂
