I have the app but find it very hard to get the steps I did a 7 mile walk and it showed as like 622 steps

hey @steemingmark,
you need to enable "aggressive mode" under settings, as well as ensure your battery saving mode is off for actifit.
Chat to us on discord if you face trouble doing that.
I thought I had that on already
