Hi everyone,
I'm very proud of my last week on Actifit! I posted my activity log every day, and I counted 85843 steps in total. This was exceeding my 70k target, and it is a proof that it is possible!
On the other hand, I did a bad job in keeping my weight under control, and I reached now 80.6 kg, with a 32.1% body fat.
My plan for the next week is to resume my running sessions, to reach again 70k steps, and to bring my body fat bellow 32%.
