My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020

Oggi mi sono preso mezza giornata di ferie al lavoro perché avevo un sacco di cose in arretrato da fare.

Quindi alle ore 12.00 dopo aver staccato dal lavoro e pranzato al volo mi sono diretto subito al centro commerciale a cambiare la taglia della maglietta ragalatami per il mio compleanno da @fedesox e @tammyfit95.

Dopodiché é toccato al supermercato per fare la spesa perché avevo la dispensa e il frigo vuoti. Preso quello che mi serviva, sono rincasato per sistemare quelle due cose comprate poco prima.

L'ultima cosa che mi restava da fare era quella lavare la macchina perché sporca e puzzolente com'era mi vergognavo andarci in giro😅. Dopo aver aspettato una mezz'oretta sono andato a riprenderla, così pulita e scintillante non sembrava nemmeno la mia e profumava pure l'abitacolo.

Una bella giornata movimentata eh!!!
E pensare che oggi doveva essere la mia giornata di riposo dalla palestra. 😩😩

Comunque adesso mi rilasso un po' guardando un film e a prepararmi la cena.
