and think that because your kindness is great that you make an even greater target. When it comes to protecting the wellbeing of not only myself but also my parents, I am not one to back off or hold back.
I'm extra thankful to Actifit & for all my Actifitivity today (lots of walking). It absoulutely helped me get back to center & channel my energy in healthy ways during a very trying time. Hopefully putting my foot down & breathing fire earlier was enough to stop the madness in its tracks. We'll see.
