My Daily Activity Report: November 3 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning, and it was overcast and a bit chilly. Today, my wife and I dropped the kids off at school. On the way home, my wife and I stopped at the beach and walked for about an hour. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, it was nice to walk by the sea. From now on I will use Google Fit to count my daily activities, other apps do not work properly on my new phone or I just couldn't get it to work.

I also walked on the treadmill in the evening. Anda today I walked 10,923 steps, 7.44 km. Also, I burned 2560 Cal. If I wasn't tired I could walk further, but my goal tomorrow is 20K. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
