Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning. It wasn't cold, but it was raining heavily. I watched the rain from the balcony. The rain stopped in the afternoon, and I went for a walk, but when it started raining again, I returned home. Since I couldn't reach my goal for the day, I went out again in the evening and walked a little more, and I managed to reach my goal.
According to Google Fit, I walked 10465 steps, 8 km, and burned 2205 Cal. I surpassed 10K on Monday, and I'm happy that I achieved my goal today as well. I'm much closer to my 50K goal for this week. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
