
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning, but I was feeling a bit tired today and didn't want to take any risks, so I rested until noon. Frankly, I didn't feel like doing anything today, so I didn't leave the house. I just walked slowly on the treadmill.

According to Google Fit, I walked 3900 steps, 2.52 km, and burned 2075 Cal. I had a bad start to this week, only taking 22,370 steps in 4 days, which is truly one of my worst scores so far. My goal for this week is 62K, and I'm far from my target. However, I will do my best to make up the difference in 3 days and reach my goal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
