Time To Capitulize

Why isn't Decentralization and Transparency wedded together to create Censorship Proof PUBLICATION, not the first thing to describe steemit? Pitching it with "Blog to get paid" and "content creators" (busy) is like farts in the wind compared to the monumental achievement of the functional Censorship Proof (as in waterproof!) aspect of the platform, isn't it?

Is there a problem with telling people that there is a place where they can Publish Ideas and have Discussions that keeps an Immutable Record that all can verify and access? Busy.org is in the same boat, this is actually THE time to reconsider the moto. We all came here more or less for one thing: Freedom. O, I can hear the distress, and the rightful indignation some people feel when they've been flagged, that's why Censorship Proof isn't the slogan, and not because of any real rationale as everyone can verify and access the blockchain and nobody can stop or alter the published information, but while we're on the discussion, I have been thinking: You, Stinc is aware that the Problem of rampant abuse is looming just neigh of the horizon. The people feel it and confuse it all the time, so there's no end of the constant reminder that the blockchain has not the tools to actually be a social network, as every and all social networks REQUIRE that some be expulsed, but here it is heresy to even mention something akin to that.

I know this much, the thought behind Stinc is the stale and heel in the ground attitude of a certain FB group when it came to "No Ban". It became evident the more and more that for people to freely converse they have to form an environment of support and a mutual acceptance. If it's not inviting to freely speaking people WILL self-censor or not participate. If you cannot effectively deal with abuse then we all suffer at the wrath of a more dedicated @nonagoo, which is what happened, noise overpowering meaningful communication in the group.
