One would have a very hard time convincing me Sarwaki isn't paid by the GOP to keep the LP precisely where it is. NOWHERE. I saw this happen in NH in '04 when exploring the Free State Project... where the state LP chairman was actually a paid employee of the GOP governor! Sarwaki reminds me of when you go into the fridge and discover in the back, a pack of sliced cheeze that's was left unsealed, and had been there for a while.
