This is such a great idea, I did a very similar thing when I decided to follow @pennsif's lead and take on some mentees. I really think these kinds of initiatives are great and I'm really enjoying giving back to the community.

I think that is awesome that you did a similar thing too. This is really such a great idea and great that @whatsup and @brandyb came up with it to be honest. I think this is definitely more of what we need right now for Steemit. :)
