So glad you take the time to teach the kiddos. If you're going to take a life to sustain for your own, I believe the process should be as pain free as possible and the resource used with respect for the life that was taken by as you said, using as much of the animal as possible, the way mother nature would.
I reluctantly clicked because I can be a bit sensitive to things like this but I really appreciate your approach and respectfulness. :)
