432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the world, located in the middle of East 56th Street, Madison Avenue, East 57th Street, and of course Park Avenue. The luxury towers design is not only unique but boast some of the most gorgeous views of New York City. 432 Park Avenue is the 2nd tallest building in New York at 1,398 feet(426m) which is right behind One World Trade Center at 1,776 feet(541m).

432 Park Ave is designed by Rafael Vinoly. The interiors are designed by Deborah Berke and the firm Bentel & Bentel. Each floor has a stellar 8,255 square feet. Each window is 10-foot-by-10-foot so you can only imagine the view that each floor has to offer!

I had the privledge of working at 432 Park Ave on the 79th floor which is a full 8,000+ sq. ft. floor plan. On June 10th, 2016, the 79th floor was purchased by an unidentified buyer who paid a whopping $59,144,632, which was the most expensive sale at the time.

For any questions or comments, I will respond ASAP!
