Just recently I jumped from a new record height and injured myself. Reason for that is that I was not prepared and haven’t jumped in a while, has been propably 2 years that I did the last time 20m + and this time was around 25+.
I ended up being very worried and went to the hospital for X-ray bu lt luckily everything has been good and it took me a week to recover.
Go crazy, but do it right
