Work Rapid Profit Machine For Free

Introduction: Rapid Profit Machine

Rapid Profit Machine (RPM) is a done for you affiliate marketing training and funnels crafted by James-Neville Taylor. He is a super affiliate and #1 Affiliate for Builderall.

I have been a member of RPM for a few months now - December 17, 2022 - I joined the free progam though I did buy the first upsell - Secret Traffic Sources.

I joined because John Thornhill, a well know UK online marketer, said it was a really easy way to get moving on an affiliate marketing business. Why would I do that when I am already affiliated with Internet Profits from Dean Holland? Well that is another story - I feel their funnels have not been updated since I joined 4 years ago - the world is moving on. AND my traffic is not converting into sales - I have data for that.

This was the promise

You can get involved with the world’s leading Affiliate Marketing program for ZERO dollars.

You’ll get the system itself, emails to use, hours of training and a ton more stuff to ensure you can start earning big.

Basically what RPM is, is a free affiliate funnel running on WarriorPlus similar to what Kevin Fahey promotes in Free Affiliate Funnels

Getting Started

I implemented the training. As I am an Aweber user I went down that path. The training was straight forward to me BUT I know what I am doing and am pretty technical. I did buy the Secret Traffic Sources upsell - for a small $7 - and have not really followed it - I did the TikTok training for the 30 day challenge. That needs a clear schedule for a day or two to map out all the content and then schedule it for posting was my take - rather than taking an ad hoc approach day by day - skip a day and have to start all over.

I have spent quite a bit of time in the Facebook Group. What is becoming very clear to me is the offer is attracting a lot of people taken in by the opportunity who have no money - I repeat the words

You can get involved with the world’s leading Affiliate Marketing program for ZERO dollars.
Is that even possible? Follow the training and you will soon discover that you might need to spend some money to get going. Well that is not ZERO dollars. Maybe there are ways to go for ZERO dollars.

I made a walkthrough video to test out how free one can get

The system is simple enough - just follow the training steps. Watch the videos to get a feel for the direction and then watch again, use the pause button while you do the steps. This is what you will do

  1. Open an account at WarriorPlus and get approved for promoting RPM offers. [FREE]
  2. Set up an email follow up sequence for new leads (you will also need one for members) in an autoresponder (Builderall or Aweber)
  3. Put the Funnel links (Warrior Plus links) in front of people The one free way suggested to do that is to start with short form videos in a 30 Day Challenge (TikTok or Instagram or Facebook or Youtube). Complete the challenge and get approved you will be given some free traffic.

How free is ZERO Dollars?

RPM will send 15 days of follow up emails to people who sign up under your link - you could rely on that for commissions. You will do a whole lot better if you build a list of your own and run an email follow up sequence. Of course you can try to do that out of your own email account manually but an autoresponder is the way to go - line up the follow-up sequence and schedule them to run as soon as new leads arrive. You will have to work out how to get a copy of the follow-up sequence if you go the free route

Now you can get started at Builderall for free 14 day trial. Credit card will be required. What you will discover very soon is you need a domain = not free anymore. Now there are ways to get free domains if you commit to buying hosting (example at Hostinger). But you do not need hosting - just buy a domain. More about that in later episodes. A basic Builderall plan is $17 per month - this does have some limits - 2000 subscribers. Next step up in subscribers is a big step in price. Can you generate enough traffic of converting members to fund $17 inside the 14 days? This avenue does give Builderall affiliate approval - one source for making commissions (even if the RPM leads you bring in do not buy anything from RPM but do commit to Builderall).

How about starting at Aweber for which there is training provided? Aweber does have a FREE version. What you will discover is the API is not available to free members. This means that leads that come from RPM will not be loaded automatically to Aweber when they sign up. That leaves you on a paid plan starting at $16 per month with 500 subscribers and 3,000 monthly emails limit (same price as Builderall basically with fewer subscribers). Price goes to $26 for the next tier = more than Builderall. The pricing is not as steep as Builderall though above 2500 subscribers but gets above Builderall top tiers when numbers grow.

Is the API thing a problem on Aweber FREE? There are 5 things that will be limited.

  1. Cannot update lists automatically from RPM.
  2. Cannot turn off double opt-in.
  3. Cannot use API for landing pages - have to use HTML forms.
  4. Can only run one list
  5. Can only run one campaign (but you can import the RPM campaign)
For the first, not really a problem as RPM, unlike most other programs like this, does give you a list of the people and emails who signed up as leads and also of the people who signed up as members. You can add those manually to your Aweber FREE account - but you can have one list only. Would have to open a second Aweber FREE account under a different email address to manage the members list. That is possible.

So there is an option to keep working on FREE (open two accounts) that way until you can afford to go Pro. When a lead buys you have to move them from the leads list in one account to the members list in the other account. Good news is you can import the email follow up sequences from RPM.

Next question is, can you send emails out of Aweber with a free email address - like your gmail account?. Aweber recommend you do not do that but they will send emails from any email address that they have verified. What you will discover is there are some email deliverability matters that you will need to address to get into inboxes. Suffice to say you will discover in time that you need to set up a professional email address. That entails registersing a domain - what I do is I buy one from a registrar that gives you a free email address and free inbox (or better a few email addresses).

Next step is to send traffic to the RPM Funnel pages. You will find them under RPM Hub -> Your Funnel. If you have done the WarriorPlus steps correctly they will be pre-populated with your WarriorPlus id. The Free training covers only the Shorts Video approach as a way to drive traffic and get free traffic. Of course, there are hundreds of ways of driving traffic - send emails to your mates with the links in, tell them what you are doing and test if they would like to join you too. You could try some social media posts - best done with a bit of a story and a picture. Use your own photos is a good safe way to go. Or grab the banners in the RPM Hub. You will just have to test out what works - example capture page vs sales page. And you can try safelists. some of those will allow WarriroPlus links - you just have to try them out.

Are There Other Free Autoresponders?

Running two Aweber FREE accounts feels like a real pain. Are there other options to run a free autoresponder? I asked Chat GPT for ideas specifically for affiliate marketing. They came up with a list of four - ChatGPT words

Mailchimp: Mailchimp is a popular email marketing tool that offers a free plan for up to 2,000 subscribers and 10,000 emails per month. It allows you to create and send automated email campaigns, build landing pages, and track your email performance.

Sendinblue: Sendinblue is an all-in-one marketing platform that includes email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM. It offers a free plan for up to 300 emails per day and unlimited contacts. You can create and send automated emails, build landing pages, and track your email performance.

HubSpot: HubSpot offers a free CRM tool that includes email marketing, forms, and automation. You can send up to 2,000 emails per month and track your email performance. HubSpot also offers a paid plan with more advanced features.

Benchmark: Benchmark is an email marketing tool that offers a free plan for up to 2,000 subscribers and 250 emails per month. You can create and send automated emails, build landing pages, and track your email performance.

It's important to note that while these autoresponders are free to use, they may come with some limitations such as a limited number of subscribers, emails, or features.

I know some of the limitations for Mailchimp so I did ask one more question of ChatGPT - do any of the free autoresponders block affiliate links?
Some free autoresponders may block affiliate links because they have strict policies against spam or promoting certain types of products or services. However, it ultimately depends on the specific autoresponder and their terms of service.

For example, Mailchimp's terms of service state that they do not allow the promotion of affiliate marketing or any other types of "get-rich-quick" schemes. Similarly, Sendinblue's terms of service prohibit the promotion of any illegal or unethical products or services, which may include certain types of affiliate offers.

I did add in one more idea I have been kicking around - more for traffic reasons but LeadsLeap does offer a free autoresponder (SendSteed) and landing page builder. More about that in a later episode. I use LeadsLeap as a way to run online ads to the products I promote. And it can be free ads if one is prepared to spend the time reading ads to earn credits. Note: I have not tested this

Free Autoresponder or Not? Some Criteria

Where does that leave us going for Free. Look at Hubspot or Benchmark or take your chances on Sendinblue.

  • Make sure they can run two lists.
  • Make sure you can schedule the follow-up emails.
  • Make sure you can upload contacts manually and segment them based on actions (opens and clicks).
  • Check the sending limits as you will be sending out 15 emails in the first month - 3000 email limit gives you a top out of list size of 200 subscribers for the follow-up sequence - less if you want to send some broadcast emails too.
  • Check terms of service for the type of program RPM is - it does offer to build wealth for Zero dollars - a get rich quick scheme?

Summary and Conclusion

I am already using Aweber - so I went that way. Would I do it that way again now I understand the economics a little better?

Builderall includes automatic approval as an affiliate and RPM integrates your Builderall affiliate link into the follow-up sequences. So you get to earn commissions on any members you sign up even if they stay free inside RPM. Commission rate is 30% - get 3 people to sign up and you have paid your $17 per month. Aweber does have an affiliate program but I have to persuade subscribers to use my affiliate link and not RPM's

Feels like a no brainer to me to go the Builderall route - get up and running and with any luck you could be paid for in the 14 days free time before the first payment goes on the credit card
