Lagos the heart of Nigeria , the center of excellence, the land filled with milk, the land that upholds the economy of Nigeria,
Are you a lagosian, have you lived at least 6 months in Lagos if yes then you can survive anywhere in the world.

Let me share my lovely experience living in Lagos.

  • the commercial bus go Gaga
This is what we popularly call Danfo, molue, coaster and LT, inside this buses come and see drama, people fighting, insulting, arguing, gossiping, the observers,
Let me explain this one by one
If you ever enter a bus carrying Yoruba market women, ahhhh (mogbe) just know it that you will do another baptism again before you get home or your destination, for instance let the conductor don't give them complete change that's is when you hear insults like, abi oloriburukun le yi or ota Leyi fe kun ni, another one is kuni dafun iyalaya yi opunu. kindly put your hands over your head so the insult doesn't get to you. image
Inside this same bus you get the drug sellers, they will tell you all diseases that the drugs can cure, if you like your life don't buy everything they sell inside the bus.

Another set of people you meet in this bus are those that argue a lot, they will tell you the history of Nigeria, in fact you will get carried away and forget your bus stop. image

I won't forget so soon, I got back to Lagos from ondo state on the 23rd of December and I decided to take BRT I stood for 1 hour to get BRT, eventually I got one, when we started moving that was how we entered the usual Lagos traffic and some people where standing inside the bus. Then something funny happened a woman about to buy ice cream through the window, then the bus moved so fast that was how the ice cream guy lost his money to the woman inside the bus, that wasn't enough the next thing I heard was the normal insults from two women in the bus we thought it had ended, punches started flying, everyone around them began to dodge their faces so they don't get hit.. just one lady that took the courage to separate them. A great scene it was. A clash of titans. image

What out for part 2

Very organized and nicely described with perfect images in short just too good 😃

Thanks @anikaa where have you being? Please hit me up

Well! I was a bit busy, your demand have been accepted and hitted it up 😇🌺

I didn't get your message again

Hello @ciocolony

It evident you have the literary skills to make a headway here but without abiding by rules of communities you belong, you will certainly find it difficult to progress here.

In this post, there is a mistake with your choice of tags. #nigeria tag is compulsory but u didn't use it. #Surpassinggoogle has nothing doing here as a tag and even #lagos. What happened to #onequality, #genesisproject, etc.?

@eurogee

Thanks for the correction, God bless you for your efforts.

re u igbo or yoruba tribe?

Am an Igbo man, but diversity is key to one nigeria

Haha! It's the same thing here in the Philippines. The great thing about it if you're a foreigner there, you wouldn't understand the insults haha! The same traffic, the same rowdy crowd. I'm not sure why it's the same in totally different countries, but it's quite comforting to know that we're not alone. You're definitely tough if you survive that on a daily basis.

I was thinking its only in this part of the world this happens
