Science and Tech - The Future of Aging Treatment

in #aging3 years ago

We have looked at several potential age reversing breakthroughs over the past few months. Most of these recent advancements in the medical field have come as a result of technology and science holding hands to gain a better perspective of how the human body works. Knowing more about the body in detail through efficient means is everything when it comes to realising effective treatments and novel techniques. Without such tools and knowledge, science is left with a vacuum in which it echoes numerous trials, no better than a shot in the dark. However, modern technology and scientific techniques have reached a point where they are now able to image molecules with great accuracy, allowing data collection to be fed into various computing models.

Research now points to various theoretical approaches that will allow us to both stunt aging effects in the body and cure cancer. Strategic use of telomerase will allow manipulation of cell production in the body. This holds a strong link to cancer as many of them contain the enzyme. Unlocking the secrets to telomerase would in turn allow the control and prevention of cancer.

These are fascinating discoveries that will be used as a foundation of further studies. Yet again, technology and science hold hands to walk towards a future of medical excellence. I feel that a breakthrough in computing power paired with the digitization of the human body will continue to serve as a means to understand, analyse and create new solution to challenges that effect the human population. Neural networks will pave the way in identifying suitable drugs and other treatments in the future and while people may shy away from the age of computing and artificial intelligence, there is no denying the fact that such pieces of tech hold the key to discovering better efficiency and methods in the medical field.
