The agricultural and livestock sector is suffering from the pronounced shortage of the inputs so necessary for the productive process, thus decreasing production and therefore the supply of agri-food products; in addition to the fact that the prices of agricultural products have increased significantly.
But undoubtedly, despite the difficulties, it is necessary to produce in order to supply, at least, the national agrifood market; consequently, agricultural production units must seek the necessary mechanisms to make their production systems profitable.
It is then that the management policies and administrative and organizational treatment of the companies have changed, seeking strategies for the development of agricultural crops such as the agroecological culture, which allows them to have a different and sustainable management of crops; there are a large number of farmers who have introduced this production model on their farms as an alternative to counteract the shortage of inputs and inflation.
Based on this idea and according to the characteristics of the management developed in the sector, it can be said that at least an attempt has been made to produce under a sustainable model, seeking a balance between nature, man and production.
