It could appear so, but I think that at some point AI will be what will boost the crypto space through agentic "traders". For me as I see it, the AI actions will be performed through the shape of "tokens" from blockchains, so for sure crypto will evolve with it.

I think there are already agentic protocols in crypto I think, I just think a lot of them are copy and paste and have no innovation. I've seen a lot of them being built and most gave fizzled out pretty quickly. Perhaps we'd see better ones soon
