The meter running line is strong, but I am not sure metering alone fixes this. A stolen key still looks like normal traffic until the bill lands, so key rotation and hard spend caps feel like the part that has to come first. The Binance comparison helped too, since it shows the door is usually a person being tricked, not a model being broken.
