Following this idea, an account with a lot of HP and an AI behind it with requirements and filters that we don't know about would give us that little taste of "how does it work?" which would lead us to always try to improve to see if we could meet its programming requirements.
I think having an AI agent like that would be cool, at least fairer, because as you said, there are accounts that have high voting power, but are always voting for the same 5 or 10 accounts. Wouldn't a wider distribution be better?
With AI, there would be no feeling of "is my friend," just criteria, meritocracy, and actually being rewarded for meeting those parameters.
