POStoken is the first ethereum based Proof of Stake token which rewards you for staking your POStokens, you have to have the tokens in your wallet for 3 days before you can start staking them and there are a few different ways you can start to stake them.
The first way to start staking would be to send some POStokens to your wallet which holds the postokens which you want to start staking
The second way is to hold the tokens in myetherwallet or Mist wallet or any other software which can implement the mint() funtion.

Sorry, just noticed that you commented. Yes they require you to have a bitcointalk account that is not a newbie account in order to seed out possible scammers/abusers, because if they didn't require this a single person could just sign up with many different emails and essentially end up with a very good amount of the token, which would not be fair for the honest users. Ya dig? You really should create a bitcointalk account, there are manyyyy different benefits to having one, many way to earn free tokens and new altcoins n what not.
