Today we take a look at the team or we say the backbone of the usechain project.
Before a user/customer engage in a project he has so many questions in his/her mind one of them which is; what kind of project is this? What is the backbone(team) of the project? What is the success rate of this team?
I'm about to give answers to some of the questions users ask. Before I move I'd like to talk about the project which is USECHAIN.

Usechain - the first mirror block of the new generation. The main advantages of the project: improvement of the software; application identity card; boundary system associated with user identification; higher school of business. Usechain is aimed at increasing the activity of using blocking technology in work and life. This is possible thanks to a comfortable platform. Functionality is based on the identification of the person by the correlation of the addresses of the crypto-currency purse and the real person.
USECHAIN project is founded by the USECHAIN foundation. The USECHAIN foundation is a nonprofit making organization established in Singapore. The foundation is equipped with professionals from different fields in life and driving towards achieving one goal/aim. These professionals has attained variety of knowledge concerning the blockchain technology. This team is ready to speedily develop the USECHAIN project by showing transparency and diligence in the maintenance and management of this project.
So far the team has shown commitment to developing USECHAIN, bringing good governance, transparency and promoting security and harmony within its ecosystem. The team comprises of different individuals from different scope of study ranging from Marketing, Finance, Project management, Information technology etc. Some members in the team are professors who lecture in top universities across the globe
Now let's take a look at some of the team members beginning from the top to the least.

HENRY CAO HUINING
He's the founder and CEO of USECHAIN foundation and project.He's a professor of finance and chair of finance department, finance professor at cheung kong graduate school of business, founder of the first finance MBA program in china. Managing director of China blockchain application.
Areas of Expertise: Asset pricing, Behavioural finance, cryptocurrencies, Hedge funds and alternative investments, Microstructure, Options pricing, International Finance.
BAOHONG SUN
She's the CSO and CO-Founder of USECHAIN technology Asia foundation,
She's also a marketing professor at cheung Kong graduate school of business, Dean's distinguished chair professor cheung Kong graduate school of business, Carnegie bosh professor of marketing Carnegie Mellon university, assistant professor of marketing university of north Carolina, Assistant professor of marketing Carnegie Mellon university.
She earned her PhD from university of southern California and B.A from Renmin university of China.
Areas of expertise:
Big data marketing, consumer behaviour and trends, customers relationship management, digital branding and marketing, dynamic structural models and interactive marketing mix, E-commerce, pricing strategy, social commerce.
SHENGLI ZHANG
He's the chief scientist of USECHAIN technology. He's also a senior blockchain specialist, wireless network technologist, presenter of physical layer network coding, vice director of SZU blockchain research institute, professor of shenzhen university, a member of China electronics society and a holder of 3 national invention patents of the blockchain, USTC BS and MS CUHK PhD.
FENG ZHANG
He's the senior financial advisor of USECHAIN technology, MD of asset management department of citigroup/Morgan Stanley, GM of stock investment department of bosera funds, 30 years of experience in QIHF globally, investment director of BoCom-schroders fund, Tsinghua BS, UC Irvine, PhD.
ERIK XU
He's the COO of USECHAIN technology. He served as the vice president for Beijing yujiang technology limited, 10 years of experience in internet and information security industry in general management and marketing, serial entrepreneur, head of information security project at national information security engineering center, Executive director of the national key technology R&D program during the 12th five-year plan period, responsible for a number of national information security and Key manage center (KMC) projects
ANDY ZHOU
Andy Zhou is the CTO of USECHAIN technology, he's also the senior engineer in iFLYTEK, HUAWEI, Technical director in Chukong technology, Technical director of Beijing limited electronics corporation,
Areas of expertise: understands big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and distributed system. Double bachelor's degree university of science and technology of China (USTC) and MS from Chinese academy of science.
LIN ZHAO
He's the CPO of USECHAIN technology, experienced in platform building for horizontal E-commerce, He has undergone a 10 years experience in internet and new retail industry, O2O, Eco-friendly products and service specialist, chief product manager of the leading O2O E-commerce bee quick
AMANDA SHEN
She's the CMO of USECHAIN technology, she's experienced in public relation and marketing for 12 years, marketing director of Beijing xirongjunyue real estate consultants limited, marketing strategy manager of FedEX. She got her MBA from cheung Kong graduate school of business.
GENGNAN SONG
She's the global community developer, she has accomplished over 8 years of community operations experienced at Tencent, covering products from early stage PC community products Discuz! To Tencent micro communities on mobile internet and Tencent interest tribes. 10 years experience accomplishment in internet. She's the former business director at a well-known platform for evaluating catering service in China.
LIANG ZHANG
Liang Zhang is the technical architect of USECHAIN technology, he has many years experience in digital currency and exchange blockchain development, he's the former senior R&D engineer at microbit cryptocurrency exchange and the Gibraltar national blockchain exchange, he started to partake/participate in blockchain projects since 2015 and he has had deep research of the current mainstream blockchain technology.

The project team comprises of 10 mangers and 6 advisors of which I've mentioned or talked about most of them. I've outlined places where they have succeeded, had ground breaking success, institutions they attended, and their areas of specialization or enterprise. With most of the criterion being met the team behind USECHAIN pose to be successful in most businesses they have managed and partake in. Also looking at the team profile we can conclude that has all the capacity and is capable of withstanding any form of threat or challenges coming its way. This project has been well mapped out and its prone to succeed so I urge all my audience to be part of this project.
