Its time we define what success really means.
May women succeed as women and not change their identity to be more 'man like' in the false assumption that it's the only way to succeed in the man's world.
Economy is going to be a big driving factor in future. May women participate in this process with men to create a gentler economy and not a brutal one.
May the women empower their femine and succeed on their terms. May the men NOT be ashamed to display their feminine traits whenever the need be... For feminism is not a weakness but a strength 😊
Today all Marketeers and advertisers highlight only women in Kitchen utility, washing machine, tooth paste advertising etc.A man doesn't feature there.
Once the societal mindset changes, advertisers and marketeers will have to change. They will be left with no option.
