FRENCH PARADOX

Alcohol is supposed to have a deteriorating effect on heart and life. BUT French people who drink red wine daily with dinner have healthier heart and increased life expectancy.

PARADOX. isn't it.

Recent studies have shown that alcohol in limited quantity is actually beneficial.

Alcohol is supposed to decrease STRESS and increase life...
Please pay attention to it next time.
