There was nothing negligent I saw about the execution of Pretti, disarmed and held down by four ICE agents when he was shot in the back, and then mag-dumped by the whole squad as he lay helpless on the ground. It was blatant murder in the first degree, premeditated, a political execution of a sovereign American innocent of any crime but opposing tyranny, which is no crime at all but the sacred duty of each and all of us. This was aided and abetted by lying politicians and agency bureaucrats, absolutely rising to treasonous conspiracy against the American people by all of them.
