TLM: Meet the cryptocurrency of the game Alien Worlds

in #alien3 years ago

TLM is a cryptocurrency that is used as the official currency of the strategy game Alien Worlds. The game takes place in an apocalyptic scenario where players are encouraged to mine, battle, make political decisions and accumulate the maximum amount of Trilium (TLM). NFTs also play an important role in the game and represent lands, items and characters. The game can be played through WAX, Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain blockchains.

The story of Alien Worlds
“Year 2055 - Some inhabitants of the earth have found a way to escape the devastating pandemics and the systemic collapse of planet Earth.

The most advanced bitcoin mining community - The Federation - has noticed a pattern in its algorithms. An advanced race of Aliens was sending messages through bitcoin mining algorithms, and these messages led to a major breakthrough.

A wormhole that would allow humans to travel to distant exoplanets, escaping the disasters of their home planet.

The Federation community traveled through the wormhole, taking with them an ultra rare resource called Trilium. The Federation's Trilium is the only one in existence, and it is proven to be a limited quantity resource. On the other side of the wormhole they found a new interstellar network with several habitable planets.

Today there are six planets dominated by The Federations and there is a Metaverse emerging where the virtual world and the real world collide… “

Elements, activities and usefulness of TLM in the game
The main elements of the game are: the Trilium coin; the NFTs that are items, lands and characters; and the planets that each have their own rulers.

Trilium (TLM): Trilium or TLM is the cryptocurrency or fungible token that functions as in-game currency. You can accumulate Trilium with good strategies such as: mining good land with the best tools or battling opponents using your best minions. If your Trilium balance is decreasing, you need to review your strategies.
NFTs: Non-fungible tokens are the lands, tools and characters you play with. Want to use a tool to mine in Rocky Desert? Or go into battle using your warrior Wise Ancient One? Maybe use Stealth Mercenary? Each of these items, lands and characters are NFTs that are represented through cards, each with its attributes.
Planets: There are 6 planets and each has its own elected government. Each planet receives an amount of Trilium (TLM) daily and the current government decides where to allocate the tokens - whether for players, stakers or for anyone chosen.
In Alien Worlds everything revolves around the Trilium token, which is the cryptocurrency TLM. The more Trilium, the more power. There are 3 main activities in the game for the player to accumulate the token.

Mining: You can choose a piece of land to mine, even if you are not the owner. If you are not the owner of the land, and you are mining on it, part of the mined resources will be sent to the owner.
Battles: Send minions to battle for you on the Thunderdome. Earn Trilium and NFTs if you win.
Staking and voting: You can staking your Trilium (TLM) on any planet in the game. As a staker you can participate in voting on this planet - the more stake tokens, the greater the power of your vote. Every planet is made up of an autonomous and decentralized community (DAC) and has its own token.
