I have a family member who travels everywhere with her hen. Even took her to her dad's funeral.
Surprisingly chickens are great pets I love taking care of them. They even eat ants, flies etc so no bugs around the house hehe.

Yup a lot of challenges I'm fixing it as we speak I need to do some part time jobs to get capital to redo the whole thing I see lots of improvements needed but will definitely post here when the time comes.

I tried going into farm business few years ago but bacteria entered my farm and
wiped everything out.
I am happy to see how healthy your chickens are. Kepp it up
I had similar problems actually about 50 died so I let it free range I found out there is a leak in the chicken coop lucky I found out early if not it will wipe out everything.
Sorry to hear about your experience it is painful to experience such things.
After I let it free range they become healthy again but growth is slower it seems.
