Become a food blogger and share my food journey, I'm just looking for one thing which is to find a good or unique taste better than before or usual. Today, I found it when I went to Warung Ahog (Gmaps: https://g.co/kgs/8vyz2HZ) with my friends. It's on Alam Sutera Tangerang. We meet up at the train station and we call an online taxi to Warung Ahog. The place is noticeable from the outside. Sadly, it's quite cloudy and dark. I didn't take any photos or videos from outside by myself. So, I take it from Google Maps.

Warung Ahog is a place for someone who wants to share at least 2 people because the menu doesn't have a choice for one person set meal. For a 4-person meal and we want to get many different flavors at once, they have Ahog Feast 599k and All Ribs platter 749k. The price excluded service charge (5%) and restaurant tax (10%). We chose Ahog Feast + Pork bites because we can try the ribs, grilled pork belly, bratwurst, and pork bites (crunchy pork belly).
It's coming kinda big more than we expected. We split it up for us. The ribs are slow-cooked. Tho it's not hot fresh, They really serve it like its menu says, "Tender, less fat, and clean out of the bone".
The tenderness is a real deal. I don't need any strength to slice it up. When I want to tear it, it comes clean out of the bone ribs. No meat is attached to those bones. Fluffy, tender, smokey, and then dip with a black pepper sauce. Boom! The taste is better than pork ribs from other pork restaurants I have tried. Our comments are just: "Full satisfied with these pork ribs" and "I think pork ribs from other restaurants taste becomes so so or just normal after tasting this." The flavor and texture are better.
Enough with the pork ribs. We tried for the french fries, salad, grilled pork belly, bratwurst, and pork bites. French fries as usual the crunchiness is good, It's salty more way normal salt and has an aroma. We think it's seasoned with salt, oregano?, seaweed?, and something... Maybe MSG to increase the salt 😂. Its bratwurst tastes like bratwurst on a hotel buffet. Grilled pork belly taste weird? We still love normal pork belly with crunchy skin better 🤣. Pork bites better than Grilled pork belly and has plus-minus rather than other pork belly. Plus in crunchiness and fat but minus meat because pork bites taste more like crunchy smokey pork fat 🤤. I don't taste the salad but my friend says it's like pokenbir (pork restaurant & bar). It's worth then.

Yeah. With the bills of 922,845 IDR ~ US$ 56.44 shared by 4 people = US$14.11/person. To get something better than usual that has almost the same price as Warung Ahog's menu, I'll choose to eat in Warung Ahog rather than others. - Will I come again?
Of course, but not in the meantime. We think if we're coming here often. It would impact our usual taste and it's hard not to taste something like this in other restaurants 😂. - What's the recommended and not recommended?
To be honest, The boss rack 1kg (pork ribs) is the best and all 4 of us agree with that. Grilled pork belly is the meh because we like fried more than grilled 😜.
P.S. If you're travelling to Indonesia especially not far from Alam Sutera and want to find a good pork restaurant, Warung Ahog is recommended. I promote even if they didn't pay me for this 🤣.

Congrats for becoming a food blogger. That's something which I also considered sometimes. I like to cook and I like to eat in restaurants. The food looks awesome and surely was very tasty.
