I sleep at 3 AM and wake up at 5-6AM. Yes it is less than 3-4 hours daily, and usually I take some multiple naps of 15-45mins, mostly somewhere around 12AM-1PM and around 4-5pm. Once a while in 2-3 weeks my body will do force shutdown, like sleeping for 12-18 hours.

I prefer taking a brunch and late dinner, however I eat breads and some snacks several time a day to prevent any gastric issues due to irregular meal time.

I understand that your body forces you to shutdown from time to time. I wouldn't work with so little sleep :-)
