My eating and sleeping habits are not static. They vary based on circumstances. When there is a need to stay off from food I do that. And when it comes to sleeping, I sometimes do that early like 10pm while sometimes 12am or even 2am, etc depending on the need.

I need about the same amount of sleep every night. So that wouldn't work for me :-)
