I am sending weekly, as I am a free member. Moreover, I cannot read all the mails daily. Hence, I can only manage to get the mail tokens to send mail weekly.
Reading email is worth it I think. As once you get 15000 Mails, you get a solo mail which is worth currently 150 hive+.
