I usually have brunch around 11 am, lunch at home between 4 and 5 pm, then a late dinner around 9 pm. I usually go to bed around midnight and get up at half past six in the morning. And then coffee, and by eleven o'clock another two or three coffees. Very unhealthy I know. Did I mention some beers? 😎🍻

You manage to go a long way between waking up and your first meal. I wouldn't manage :-)
