#fear I don't think fear is always a bad thing. Fear makes you stop and think about the action you are or are not going to take. If you had no fear, jumping off a bridge might sound like a good idea as long as there is water to jump into. Fear would slow you down so you could figure out what the depth is, are there objects that I could hit, what are the things that can hurt me. Does fear outweigh the benefits of jumping. Overcoming your fear is looking at all of the potential outcomes and then realize I am doing this and I will not get hurt so fear is holding me back even though there will not be any repercussions. You now just have to jump
