We live off the wind
that stands out from the high
and fulfills the whole house
where knees are bent,
that penetrates into the heart,
in the hidden courtyard,
and breaks out in a song
and God rises in praise.

We share in the fire
that lands on the heads,
the spark that jumps
on all who believe.
Firebird of the flood,
pigeon above the Jordan,
strengthen the glow in us,
wake up the festive fire.

We are at the word,
given the bread of God,
that is communicative
and gives strength and new life.
So it says and sings on it,
gives out with a generous hand
this manna for every heart,
this food for every country.
