UPDATE: For those who saw my video of the rebel restaurant in Minnesota--being open for business despite the state's shutdown--they closed back up in December when the state followed through with its threat to sue them. Then, just this week, both sides came to a settlement: the restaurant would pay a $10,000 fine.
