It is sad. The government is incapable of doing what is right in this situation as this is what governments do, violate rights.

@jeffreyahann When I was a child, I used to believe that " We the People " were the Government. Sadly, as an adult I now realize that there is no "We" and it's just "the People." And "the People" definitely NOT the Government.
