Terrorism is a product of non-educated, ignorant and stupid people. Look, what countries possess jihadists and religious extremists? Poor countries with feeble education system, where children are raised ONLY with religion and great hatred. Look at Europe or the USA, do they have religious extremists? Bu they do believe in God, though.
Tribal engineering is a thing, but I think, despite of the fact that it is present in many countries, it doesn't work like you wrote. For example, we, Russians, have tribal engineering every day. We get it from the TV, newspapers, whatever. They tell us that Russia is the best country with no problems and the rest of the world are assholes. But when we meet a foreigner, we don't kill him with hollers like 'Putin akbar'. Because, despite of all the propaganda, we are still people.
So, what I'm saying is that education, cultivating love and kindness in our children and delivering different opportunities to them in life is a great way to fight terrorism. I'm talking not only about countries, but mostly about Islamic countries. I think, they should understand one day.
