North Korea doesn’t have many hundreds of military bases in over seventy countries around the world. For example, does the North Korean military have twenty-some military bases in Canada and Mexico? Nope. But the U.S. military does have twenty-some military bases in Japan alone, a few hundred miles from North Korea. So between Americans and North Koreans, which people have more of a reason to feel threatened by the military of the other?
