RE: Behind the Thin Blue Line

Rejection of a corrupt government monopoly system is not rejection of the service they claim we need them to provide. The problem with police is inherent in the model.

They are a literal monopoly, with no opportunity to measure their service against any alternative whatsoever.

They are funded by extortion, so consumers of police services cannot withdraw support when poor service is rendered.

They enforce unjust laws while refusing to accept any responsibility for their own choices and actions.

The problems in the US and Mexico are in large part consequences of the prohibition laws in the US and Mexico creating an environment where violent black markets can take root and prosper because open markets are illegal.

So I agree that all police need to be viewed as a threat at all times and in all places, regardless of the justifications presented for their operation.

Sort:

Lol.

However you don't say anything about people committing murder or other crimes..

Honestly enough this is the most ignorant view I've ever seen.

You are extremely disrespectful to yourself and for some reason have an idea that vigilante justice cannot go wrong when history shows that vigilante justice is nearly always on the wrong side of the law and a perversion of Justice.

Under your idea you are empowering criminals to abuse the community. And actively encouraging said criminals...

Again maybe you should reconsider your ideals. And I love how you use other people's words to make a sentence. And I extremely do love how you do not know most of the meanings behind these words.

It is like your purposefully ignorant and wallowing in it

Police in the US commit murder, fail to solve murder and rape at an astonishing ratio, steal more than the criminals they claim to protect us from, and create the violent black markets responsible for a significant portion of murders by enforcing prohibition laws as I previously stated. These are statements are verifiable facts and rational cause-and-effect analysis.

Refusal to examine the world we have been given, and to apologize for the abuse by the State because it is the status quo, would be disrespectful and ignorant. Pointing out these problems is neither of those things. Refusing to consider the psychological and economic incentives of monopolies or allying them to government monopolies is, though.

The government consists of criminals who are abusing the community. They just call their crimes "the law," and impose them through the police. Taxation is extortion. License mandates and trade laws are racketeering. War is mass murder. The "Justice system" would be a joke if the results were not so tragic, creating the highest incarceration rate in the world.

Why do you respond with attacks against me, and not rebuttals to my arguments? I am where I am because I did reconsider my ideals and ideas.
