During an interview I conducted with G. Edward Griffin, I ask Mr. Griffin about the many problems with the collectivist paradigm we call democracy and how to overcome the religion of statism.
First, Griffin goes into the problems, two wolves and a sheep deciding what to have for dinner, the notion that the majority can enforce its will one the rest of the populace because some cartel we call government says so.
From there, Griffin goes into voluntaryism and explains his theory of a protectorate. A protectorate would be an entity meant to simply protect the populace and nothing else. This somewhat conflicts with the idea of a voluntary society based on the private contract with individuals "signing the agreement" voluntarily to live in said society.
