Causing pain to a person in need, while sent to help them, is wrong!

The man needed help ....this is not the right type of help to provide to a person passed out on a sidewalk, the pain tactics used to move this man on the ground to the van, by the Chier's employee were uncalled for and not necessary. A stretcher to roll the person who was unconscious or passed out on, and then lifting them into the van would be more prudent, human and dignified. Hurting a person who is non violent is not appropriate. Its a violation of this mans rights.

E241 822 as well as the patrol car number C 090063 Im really sure I can get this cops name and badge number. im gunna start searching through my hundreds of video files right now until i find that info. fyi both of the chiers guys were employing martial arts control methods on the man! police use these wrist locks and finger bending techniques to control people that are potentially violent. they also use them on folks that fight not to be hand cuffed. laying on the ground passed out and passive is no grounds to use such things. Pain Compliance techniques are to prevent people from violent acts against police officers. they should no be used by detox workers just because their too fucking lazy to lift the man and help him into the van. here is a video showing what pain compliance is and how it is used. skip to 5 minutes and 8 seconds in the video time code to see the forward wrist lock being used in martial arts training. this was just one of the abuses used against this man. the other chiers worker uses a different pain compliance control techniques on his other hand! this cops in the wrong for not looking out for this mans public safety! i will be speaking to the mayor and his supervisor as soon as i identify the officer in question! thanx Joe Anybody for being a guard for this mans human rights.
