Well one thing we can agree on for sure is that governments care about citizens purely as a resource and are constantly trying to get more profit and control out of them every season.
I wouldn't put anything past th global elite. The question is how will people respond to increasing theft, extortion, threat, harassment and down right force?
Hopefully not like compliant drone, though its pretty likely.
