I can't speak for them, but I would guess it's because the only content here is links to other websites. The Hive community has a very heavy preference for things posted to the Hive ecosystem.
Not abuse, it's considered spam.
Considered, in my opinion. To the people who consider it spam, it is.
If it's always a list of off site links, it looks spammy. I don't necessarily agree with the sentiment, but it isn't very hard for me to understand why people feel that way.
