This is day 5 of the anhouraday posts . It is also my 9th day of continual daily posting . You see I already started to make an effort to post once a day . But why the challenge you ask or should ask . Because the challenge helps in improving not only the post but in time management . Managing my time on Steemit in order to maximise my production . This is most likely an area that we could all use so help in .
Today is saturday and my honey-do-list is getting long . For the past 3 months I have been trying to install a 6 ft gate in the fence that covers the back of the house . Its an area that I use to let the dog run in without them running around the whole property . There is currently the standard 4 ft gate but that does not allow mighty mower to gain entrance to the ares . I finally caught the sales to purchase the gate and all accessories that matched the money I have been putting aside for it since Jan . So today is the install day .
I have been saying for awhile that I wish the price of steem would drop . I got into Steemit when the price was around $7 . I have been buying stardly every month since . What that means is that the current value of my account is worth less than the amount I have put in . You would think that that goes against every principle of investing . ( buy low sell high) And you would be right. So Let me justify my thinking .
Low Steem price low payout . This is absolutely true . I you and everyone will receive less reward for their posts and comments . What will happen is that less people will post and comment . With less people posting , That means that there is less competition for my posts exposing them to more people . It also means that with less posts it is likely that someone who would not necessarily look at my post just might swing by and give it a vote . As a result my foundation (base) should grow . So when Steem goes back up so should the reward received . In the meantime I will be buying Steem increasing my SP .
This is just a general list of my concept. I am a long term thinker . Everyone needs to take things and apply it to their own goals and desires . It is my opinion that you should not do what I do instead look at what I do , use it , change it and do better
Back outside to finish up my project . I wish it could be done in an hour , but that is not going to happen

I wish I could have so many 'done' 's every day. That'll be my next target.
I didn't think of using it as a checklist to be check off . I like it and will do it the same way
If I did the challenge, I'd have to find a way of doing more - like those music forays I've done this week - so different and so much fun. I'm glad people are doing it though. I sure hope STEEM begins to build steam again!
Congrats reaching day 5. Do you know that since I became active in steemit on April 1st, I have been posting every day. So that has been like 78 days.. my rep started at 25, now I am at 55. I am getting some exposure, but still struggling to get high-value votes. Reading, testing and using the tools explained in the articles in the information-library section this discord channel were helpful and valuable. I learned a lot from those articles and helped my learning curve... it was not as steep as it was the first three weeks before I found you! Your idea of posting every day... it is a sure way to increase your rep score, and gain you author rewards. Thank you very much for all that you all do in this discord channel.
getting high value votes is a hard thing to do right now due to the low Steem price . But on the other hand exposier is easier . Right now at this stage I perfer exposier and powering up . The cheaper Steem is the easier it is for me to buy in .
The library has a lot of good information in it . I am glad that you took advantage of it and it helped

This is the idea i was thinking to save up all my earnings from the last two months and then power up, but some others told me that i should power up asap as i have earnings to do so bc all my power now is pretty much delegated to me ?
you power up when you can get the most value for your dollar vs steem . I power up twice a month and when I have the SBD to do so . thats me and it might not work for all . so you have to figure it out . Any deligation is temporery so that is something you have to figure out and what the delagation wants for their delegation
See i was powering up every few days thinking thats what i had to do. But the two very sweet people that have delegated to me ask for nothing in return and said its till im a minnow on my own. 💗 i fully repay them when ever i see there posts.
