5 Most Dangerous Snakes in the World

Dangerous, threatening and scary...

These are the words that come to mind when we think about snakes. Most of the snakes are not venomous or aggressive, but there are few which are the most deadly and most aggressive of the lot.

Black Mamba

Not only are they aggressive but also are the fastest snakes on land. They can bite up to 12 times in a row and they have one of the most poisonous venoms in the snake kingdom.

Taipan

This snake can clot your blood just by one strike leaving you dead within an hour. The worse part about this snake is that there is no recorded survivor of taipan poison.

Blue Krait

The snake is native to Indonesia and is the most venomous of its species. It has cannibal behavior and makes prey out of other snakes and even another blue krait. Its venom will paralyze its victim, killing within 6 to 12 hours.

Eastern Brown Snake

The scary thing about this snake is that it mostly lives near urban areas in Australia and even smallest proportion of its venom is poisonous. Good thing is that they mostly try not to bite and they’ll only strike on sudden movements.

Fierce Snake (Inland Taipan)

Even though its name is a fierce snake, it is not that aggressive and has rarely been sighted. With that being said, it’s still the most venomous snake present anywhere on land. A single blow from this snake can kill you within 45 mins.
