The Animal lovers community in Lhokseumawe exhibits some collections of wild animals to educate the public

Animals are one of three living creatures of God's creation other than humans and plants. Animals belong to organism that can move and live in their respective habitats. In Indonesia there are approximately 350,000 animal species consisting of 250,000 insects, 1,300 species of birds, 2,500 species of fish, 1,000 species of amphibians, 2,000 species of reptiles, and 800 species of mammals and the rest are invertebrate species. This proves that Indonesia is rich in biodiversity that must be protected and not to become extinct. One of the efforts to preserve animal life is by not hostile to them, in this case we must educate the public about the importance of maintaining the ecosystem of animal life, as do by a group of young people in Lhokseumawe City who are members of the community of all lhokseumawe.

Binatang merupakan salah satu dari tiga makhluk hidup ciptaan Tuhan selain manusia dan tumbuhan. Binatang termasuk ke dalam makhluk hidup yang bisa bergerak dan tinggal di habitatnya masing-masing. Di Indonesia diperkirakan ada sekitar 350.000 jenis hewan yang terdiri dari 250.000 serangga, 1.300 jenis burung, 2.500 jenis ikan, 1.000 jenis amphibia, 2.000 jenis reptilia, dan 800 jenis mamalia serta sisanya merupakan hewan jenis invertebrata. Ini membuktikan bahwa Indonesia kaya akan keanekaragaman hayati yang harus dilindungi dan jangan sampai punah. Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kelestarian hidup hewan adalah dengan tidak memusuhi mereka, dalam hal ini kita harus mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga ekosistem hidup hewan, seperti yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok anak muda di Kota Lhokseumawe yang tergabung dalam Komunitas All Lhokseumawe.

All Lhokseumawe is an extension of Animal Lovers Lhokseumawe, this community consists of a group of students who love animals, especially reptiles. They come from different backgrounds of life but have the same hobbies and have a determination to share their knowledge and experience about caring for animals. They usually show off various types of reptiles every Sunday afternoon in the heart of Lhokseumawe City in Riyadhah Park in front of Bank Mandiri Lhokseumawe. They stay there from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Some animal collections are transported temporarily from maintenance headquarters to be introduced to the community.

All Lhokseumawe merupakan kepanjangan dari Animal Lovers Lhokseumawe, komunitas ini terdiri dari sekumpulan mahasiswa yang mencintai hewan, khususnya hewan melata. Mereka berasal dari berbagai background kehidupan namun memiliki hobi yang sama dan memiliki tekad untuk berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman mereka tentang merawat binatang. Mereka biasanya memamerkan beragam jenis hewan melata setiap hari minggu tepat di jantung Kota Lhokseumawe yaitu di Taman Riyadhah depan Bank Mandiri Lhokseumawe. Mereka stay disana dari pukul 15.30 hingga 18.00, Beberapa koleksi binatang di angkut untuk sementara dari markas tempat pemeliharaan untuk diperkenalkan kepada para masyarakat.

The types of reptiles that are exhibited are some types of snakes, lizards, scorpions, and civets. Everyone who is enjoying their relaxed time in afternoons and through the riyadhah park is stunned by the actions of these youths, because of their high curiosity, they do not hesitate to stop by to see directly even to mingle with the animals. This is certainly not dangerous because it is guarded by members of the all lhokseumawe community who are already professional and the animals are already tame. These animal lovers patiently answer every questions from the visitors about the ins and outs of the animals'.

Adapun jenis hewan melata yang dipamerkan yaitu beberapa jenis ular, kadal, biawak, kalajengking, dan musang. Setiap masyarakat yang sedang menikmati waktu santai sore mereka dan melintasi taman riyadhah dibuat terkesima oleh aksi para pemuda ini, karena rasa penasaran yang tinggi, mereka tidak segan untuk singgah untuk melihat langsung bahkan bercengkerama dengan hewan-hewan tersebut. Hal ini tentunya tidak membahayakan karena dikawal langsung oleh para anggota komunitas all lhokseumawe yang sudah profesional dan hewan tersebut sudah jinak. Para pecinta hewan ini pun dengan sabar menjawab setiap pertanyaan dari para pengunjung mengenai seluk beluk kehidupan hewan melata.

The event that organized by the Lhokseumawe animals community is very good and useful, because in addition to adding knowledge about animals, people become more motivated to love animals and closer to them. Because basically there are no animals that attack humans, unless the animal is disturbed and their life is threatened by the act of human itself. So, come on, love the animals!

Apa yang dilakukan oleh komunitas all Lhokseumawe ini sangat bagus dan bermanfaat, karena selain bisa menambah ilmu pengetahuan tentang hewan, masyarakat menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk menyayangi hewan dan lebih dekat dengan mereka. Karena pada dasarnya tidak ada hewan yang menyerang manusia, kecuali hewan tersebut merasa terganggu dan kehidupannya terancam oleh ulah dari manusia itu sendiri. Maka dari itu, yok sayangi hewan!!!
