Who would've thought just 20 years ago that we would brag about saving a single bee. But we are doing it not to be shallow, but also to raise awareness of the devastating impact climate change - caused by us humans, stop denying it - have on bees.

Their numbers are being threatened in some parts of the world, and it will get worse this decade already. Without bees, we won't have food. Bees are responsible for pollination, and they're doing a damn good job of it. Without pollination entire flora species will go extinct in as little as 2 years.

During winter months there are fewer flowers and other sources of food for the bees.
Water is also scarce and so many bees drown as they try and drink from swimming pools.

Grate an apple and add some water in a bowl. The bees will be able to get the sugars from the fruit and drink the water and not drown as they can stand on the fruit pieces.
Our bee populations are threatened, let's give them all the support we can.

Yesterday I saved two that flew into my house, that I assume were looking for food. And both actually drank water I gave them! They really have little tongues.
